Core Value 10: I have empathy for other people, and help them whenever possible

This is going to wrap up this 10 part series of my 10 Core Values.

I have always had core values, but they were unorganized and never stated until 2019.

I’ve always had empathy for others and have enjoyed helping people.

While it hasn’t always been fun, the feeling of walking away after raising money for someone or even just doing a random act of kindness for someone is exhilarating.

We all hear the stories of helping the little old lady across the street or helping her load groceries into the vehicle but this goes much deeper than that.

I want to MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THIS WORLD. I want this world to be the best experience possible for every human being born into it, from the richest to the poorest countries in the world.

We may not be able to help everyone, but we can do what we can.

Since coming out about being a transgender woman, I’ve seen what people in this life go through on different sides of the scales and it can be heartbreaking to think about.

My story has been very positive overall but extremely scary at times.

I’ve learned that we can make a huge difference just by being honest about who we are and showing vulnerability. Not weakness per se but vulnerability for sure.

We are taught early in life that we are all sinners and a lot of us have two existences, which I believe is true. Our personal existence and private existence. I believe that when we merge these two together and they become one in the same, we become whole and can help the most people.

The facts are that we are all weird. We are all weirdos and its ok. All of us and I’ve certainly accepted that I am. We all live in animalistic bodies, we are all selfish, and we all have our individual needs and desires.

Society has imposed a standardized experience on us all that began thousands of years ago, or maybe even longer. We don’t know. But honestly, none of us even come close to making it even near the bar and we let it destroy our lives.

Since we can’t live up to the world’s expectations and we can’t accept the world for how it is or accept ourselves, a lot of us go into deep depression, addiction and so on and perish prematurely.

Our children and disabled are sacred and they must be protected from evil at all times at all costs.

People of all color, age, status, sexual orientation, gender identity, and any other difference are all 100% equal. Nobody is better than anyone else.

Everyone has a story. None of us has had it easy. The ones who seem perfect are probably hiding the most.

The great things that individuals do in this life should be celebrated and we should all love each other while we are on this shared rollercoaster called life.

Embrace yourself for who you are at your core and let it fly high. It’s OK to be different and it’s ok to be YOU!

Faith, hope, and love for all.
